Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews and job offers
  • Maintain and update CV databank (online and hard copy)
  • Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future positions
  • Source candidates through different channels
  • Conduct joining formalities for new employees
  • Compile and update employee records in HR software/Excel and personnel files
  • Work on employees’ attendance and leave records
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support HR Operations team as and when required

Requirements:

  • BBA degree in HR
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, policies and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
  • Male candidates preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn and grow
