Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews and job offers
- Maintain and update CV databank (online and hard copy)
- Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future positions
- Source candidates through different channels
- Conduct joining formalities for new employees
- Compile and update employee records in HR software/Excel and personnel files
- Work on employees’ attendance and leave records
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support HR Operations team as and when required
Requirements:
- BBA degree in HR
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Solid understanding of HR principles, policies and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Male candidates preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn and grow
