Manage recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
Support employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, hiring reports).
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Participate in employee engagement activities and retention programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR / Business Administration.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
