Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Officer for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Conduct job postings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
- Organize and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation and system entries.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and manage work shift scheduling.
- Collaborate with department heads on recruitment and onboarding.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees for HR matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws.
Salary: 60k to 70k
Location: Shahrah E Faisal Karachi.
Timings: 10:00am to 07:00pm
Working Days: Mon to Sat
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
