Core Functional Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Operations & Payroll Management

You will anchor the HR function with precision and consistency. Key responsibilities include:

● Managing the complete HRMS lifecycle: attendance, leave, onboarding updates, and data accuracy.

● Executing monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, incentive calculations, and reconciliation.

● Ensuring strict adherence to attendance norms, policies, and compliance documentation.

● Preparing and maintaining structured employee records and HR documents.

● Leading recruitment activities when required—screening, scheduling, coordination, and documentation.

2. Executive Assistance & Leadership Support

This role directly supports senior management by ensuring clarity, follow-through, and timely execution.

● Coordinate tasks assigned by leadership to all departments and track completion.

● Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare action minutes where needed.

● Provide structured weekly reports, departmental updates, and progress summaries.

● Maintain strong confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.

3. System Coordination & Internal Performance Management

A critical part of the role is ensuring the organization runs on strong systems, discipline, and accountability.

● Maintain KRA–KPI trackers across teams and ensure compliance with update timelines.

● Co-ordinate internal processes and ensure adherence to SOPs and system-driven workflows.

● Drive interdepartmental coordination for smooth operational movement and timely execution.

● Assist in refining formats, systems, and templates for improved operational efficiency.

4. Training Administration & Employee Engagement

You will be the anchor for continuous learning and team culture.

● Build and coordinate monthly training calendars; ensure attendance and timely completion.

● Record training participation, feedback, and development needs.

● Plan and execute monthly employee engagement and culture-building activities.

● Support internal communication and engagement-focused initiatives.

5. Digital & Communication Support

While not mandatory, familiarity with digital tools is preferred.

● Support basic digital coordination (posting, follow-up with agencies/vendors, tracking).

● Assist in drafting internal circulars, updates, and communication material when required.

Maintain trackers using Google Sheets and MS Excel with high accuracy.

● Bring at least 3 years of structured experience in EA, HR, or system coordination.

● Possess strong follow-up discipline, task ownership, and execution capability.

● Work comfortably with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.

● Are process-driven, detail-oriented, disciplined, and structured in your work approach.

● Communicate confidently and maintain a professional presence with all levels of staff.

● Can independently manage multiple streams of work with composure and accuracy.

● Have prior experience supporting senior leadership or handling multi-department coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
