We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Operations Fresher to join our team. If you enjoy coordinating with people, keeping things organized, and making sure daily tasks run smoothly, this role will be a great start to your career.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with day-to-day HR activities like screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Supporting the onboarding process by preparing documents, sharing company policies, and helping new joiners settle in.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations across the company.
  • Maintaining attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data in an organized manner.
  • Helping with office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and basic documentation.
  • Preparing simple reports, summaries, and updates for the HR and Operations team.
  • Handling employee queries politely and professionally.
  • Taking initiative to learn company processes and contribute to improving workflows.

What we’re looking for:

  • Good English communication skills—both spoken and written.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Sheets) and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to grow in HR and Operations.
