Roles & Responsibilities

a. HRIS Database Management both on System and Software

b. Creating user accounts in HRMS Software and updating employee information.

c. Updating HR MIS and Dashboard

d. End to End coordination of entry, Probation, Processes & Exit Management entries,

e. Processing employment related letters

f. Support employees by providing data, documents or reports

g. Manage helpdesk online and offline for all employee queries

h. Time office management (Attendance and Leave Management)

i. NOC validation for all exit cases / full and final settlement cases

j. Assist in Audits (HR and NABH)

k. Preparing Presentations

l. Assist in Insurances (Mediclaim & Personal accidental), Event Management, R&R, other departments initiatives

m. LEARNING TARGETS (in four months’ time) – end to end learning of both Simply HR and Sarala Pay

n. Assisting Director HR in other initiatives

o. Must have excellent MS Excel skill.

Experience: 1-3 yr

Qualification - MBA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
