HR Operations Manager required urgently

Female Candidate with 15+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results

- MLS , MBA or relevant certification preferred

Job Description:

Organization is seeking an experienced and process driven Manager HR Operations to lead their HR Operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee HR operations, from Onboarding to Exit, employee relations & benefits and compliance for PAN India

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Provide strategic HR support to business leaders and employees

- Analyze HR process metrics and data to inform business decisions

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Handling payroll and operations team
