1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, accounts, and support staff.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and finalize hiring.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation for new joiners.

2. Training & Development

  • Plan and conduct regular training sessions for sales, service advisors, technicians, CRM, and delivery staff.
  • Organize product training in coordination with OEM (HMCL/Hero).
  • Develop soft skills and customer handling training modules.
  • Track employee performance improvements post-training.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor daily attendance, late coming, leave management, and shift schedules.
  • Verify monthly attendance and share accurate payroll input with accounts.
  • Maintain employee records and statutory compliance documents.

4. Performance Management

  • Set KPIs/KRAs for all departments (Sales, Service, Spares, CRM).
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and share feedback.
  • Implement reward & recognition programs to motivate staff.
  • Manage low-performance cases with proper counseling and action plans.

5. Employee Relations & Workplace Discipline

  • Ensure discipline, grooming standards, and showroom behaviour norms are maintained.
  • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues professionally.
  • Promote a positive working environment and teamwork culture.
  • Handle warnings, memos, and disciplinary actions when required.

6. HR Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain all HR files: offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, gratuity, shops & establishment norms.
  • Conduct periodic audits of employee documents and statutory registers.

7. Organizational Development

  • Support management in planning manpower budgets and organizational structure.
  • Implement HR policies, standard procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities (meetings, events, celebrations).

8. Coordination With OEM (Hero / Other Brands)

  • Manage OEM HR audits and certification requirements.
  • Coordinate for DSE/DSM/Technician training programs arranged by the OEM.
  • Ensure showroom staff follow brand standards in customer handling and process.

9. Safety & Compliance in the Showroom

  • Ensure safety guidelines are followed in workshop and showroom premises.
  • Conduct induction on fire safety, workplace safety, and emergency procedures.

10. Exit Management

  • Handle resignations, full-and-final settlements, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain attrition records and propose retention strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
