Role Overview

Responsible for managing HR operational processes, maintaining employee data, supporting HR systems, and ensuring smooth HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations including employee records, payroll coordination, attendance and performance management processes.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives to foster a positive work culture and Address employee queries related to HR policies
• Oversee HR policies, HR Records, Employee files, HRMS tools, compliance, and documentation in line with labor laws and company standards.
• Conduct induction programs, Handle onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation.exit interviews, and analyze HR metrics to enhance retention.
• Support leadership in workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development.

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in HR roles, with strong exposure to recruitment and people management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and modern HR practices.
• Prior experience in event management, media, or creative industries will be an added advantage.
