Operations & Payroll Executive

We are looking for an Operations and Payroll Executive with 4–7 years of experience to manage end-to-end payroll and support daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll processing, attendance, leaves, and salary revisions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payroll-related tasks.
  • Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and documentation.
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, exit formalities, and queries.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and statutory laws.
  • Good communication and Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
