HR Recruiter (10k fixed + incentives)

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Recruiters with strong knowledge of end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, and coordination. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver within tight timelines.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals
• Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers & maintain TAT
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
• Handle offer negotiation & onboarding coordination
• Maintain daily MIS and recruitment reports
• Handle bulk / mid-level hiring as per project requirements

✅ Key Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Strong experience in sourcing & screening
• Must be comfortable with immediate joining
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience in BPO / IT / Non-IT hiring is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple roles and high-volume hiring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
