Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding talent Acquisition & Sourcing
• Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
• payroll support & HR operations
• Employee records & documentation
• HRMS updates & coordination

• Good communication skills
• Basic HR knowledge & MS Office proficiency
