The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth selection process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (technical/non-technical).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and HR tools/ATS.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
