Immediate Hiring - Assistant Manager -Talent Acquisition

Experience :-1 + years

Office Timing :- 9:30 to 6:30 pm (Two Saturday Off & all Sunday Off )

Salary : Up to 3 LPA fixed ( Depand on Experience)

Location - Vaishali - Ghaziabad ( Near Metro Station)

Job Responsibility:-

• Identification of suitable candidates from job portals, database .
• Screening the resumes based on competency and skills.
• Analyze the candidates on the basis of his profile and personal attributes. .
• Attending telephonic calls regarding job vacancies prepare and analyze the recruitment status, etc.
• Place advertisement in job portals and send mass emails.
• Responsible for full Recruitment Life Cycle.
• Follow-up the candidate to make sure the prospective offer is converted into a closure.
