We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Position: Internship

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Having 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Excellent Spoken/Written Communication skills.
  • Good experience in End to End recruitment.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions.
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
  • Well-versed with all job portals.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and job sites.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured).
  • Prepare weekly open position status report in Trello/Excel format.
  • Pre-screening the resumes before shortlisting.
  • Sourcing candidates through Telephonic and direct interviews.
  • Scheduling interviews, sourcing/screening candidates, and facilitating background screenings.
  • Involve in the onboarding process.
  • Coordination with the candidates and HR Team.
  • Follow up with the offered candidates till they join the organization.
  • Coordination with the HR Team for Employee Engagement Activities.
