HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT positions — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers / project leads to understand role requirements, technical skills needed, and candidate profile for each IT role.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent (software developers, engineers, QA, DevOps, data analysts, support staff, etc.).
• Source candidates via multiple channels: job boards, social media (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, programming communities), employee referrals, networking, campus drives, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes / applications to shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and suitability.
• Conduct initial interviews (telephonic / video / in-person) to assess candidate’s technical and soft skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule further rounds of interviews or technical assessments with hiring teams; track feedback and communicate status to candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain and manage a candidate database / talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience — ensure timely communication and feedback; represent employer brand professionally.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, hiring manager satisfaction, pipeline health, etc.) and use these to refine sourcing strategy.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, technologies, and market conditions to understand demand/supply of talent and shape recruitment strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
