HR Recruiter
Role: HR Recruiter – Sales

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Hiring (Primary Responsibility)
- Source and recruit candidates for Sales roles such as BDE, BDM, Sales Executives, DMA, Team Leads, ASM, RSM, etc.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for PL/BL/HL/Mortgage/Insurance sales teams.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic HR rounds.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure proper coordination.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for urgent positions.
2. Documentation & Onboarding
- Collect KYC, experience letters, relieving letters, pay slips, and address proofs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HRMS.
- Coordinate joining formalities with respective managers.
3. Coordination with Sales Managers
- Work closely with ZSM, RSM, ASM, and Team Leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Provide daily updates on recruitment status, joining pipeline, and pending candidates.
- Escalate critical hiring shortages immediately.
4. Daily Reporting
- Maintain trackers for open positions, selected candidates, and joining status.
- Share MIS reports and recruitment dashboards with HR Head / Management.
- Follow TAT for closures and ensure timely hiring.
5. Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct reference checks and background verification (BGV).
- Support HR operations, employee engagement, and admin requirements when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales hiring.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, MIS tracking).
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Graduation.
- 6months– 1years of experience in Sales Recruitment (preferably in BFSI / Finance).
