Job Title: Regional HR recruiter.

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: India Head of Human Resources

Summary:

Responsibilities:

- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and implement HR strategies across regions.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, manage workforce planning, and address employee relations issues.

- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture, provide training, and support HR teams in various locations.

- Performance Management: Monitor performance reviews, drive employee engagement, and manage compensation and benefits.

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 14+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a regional role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and compliance regulations.

- Ability to handle multi-location HR operations efficiently.
