Job description
Responsibility:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the skills and experience needed for a role.
2. Post job listings on social media, job sites and career fairs.
3. Use job boards, databases and networking to find potential candidates.
4. Review resumes, cover letters and applications to shortlist candidates.
5. Interview candidates in person or via video conferencing.
6. Negotiate compensation, benefits and other terms with candidates.
7. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
8. Track metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and provide reports to HR management.
Skills:
1. Recruiters need to be able to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers and others via email, phone and in person.
2. Recruiters should be up to date on hiring trends and best practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
