Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (permanent/contract) in the domestic market
• Understand hiring requirements and source candidates accordingly
• Use job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify talent
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or internal hiring teams
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Ensure timely closures of positions within defined SLAs

Required Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
