Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to hire quality talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability, experience, and interest.

2. Coordination & Communication:

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates to management on hiring progress.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure proper documentation for selected candidates.

4. Employer Branding:

• Support the HR team in building and promoting the company’s employer brand.
• Represent the company professionally during recruitment drives and external interactions.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Coordinate with the HR team for onboarding activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR recruitment (internship/experience in IT, Edutech, or corporate hiring preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good understanding of job portals and sourcing tools.
