HR Recruiter

The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates through field visits, direct outreach, job fairs, local networking, and coordination with community partners. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, from identifying manpower needs to onboarding selected candidates, ensuring the company’s staffing requirements are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to colleges, training centers, institutes, and local markets for candidate sourcing.
• Build a strong network with community leaders, agencies, and manpower suppliers.
• Distribute job ads, posters, and announcements in targeted locations.

2. Recruitment & Screening:

• Identify hiring needs and coordinate with department heads.
• Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and in-person assessments.
• Shortlist suitable profiles and schedule interviews with management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
