HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for retail jewellery positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage end-to-end recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with store managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
