1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communication.
  • Manage job postings across portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for system and asset allocation.

3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Execute payroll inputs—attendance, leave, salary revisions, incentives, etc.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
  • Support grievance handling and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management cycle and feedback processes.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment).
  • Maintain HR audits, files, and documentation accuracy.
  • Support vendor onboarding and verification where required.

6. HR Policy Implementation

  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
  • Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
