Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process
• Screening, shortlisting & interviewing candidates
• Coordination with department heads for hiring needs
• Managing job portals & social media hiring
• Preparing MIS & daily recruitment reports
• Handling onboarding and documentation

Requirements:

• 3–5 years recruitment experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• MS Excel knowledge
• Target-oriented & proactive

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
