Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the complete rider lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and retention for our logistics/quick commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source riders using online and offline channels (referrals, field sourcing, job portals, walk-ins).
- Convince potential riders by clearly explaining the benefits of joining the company, including the payout structure, model details, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct rider interviews and evaluations according to company standards.
- Maintain a strong pipeline to meet daily/weekly rider targets.
- Clearly explain job expectations, payout calculations, rental models, working hours, and performance requirements to riders.
- Address rider concerns related to payouts, shifts, deposits, vehicle usage, or hub conditions.
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with riders. Collect, verify, and upload rider KYC documents (Aadhaar, DL, PAN, Bank details, etc.).
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities, agreement signing, and ID creation.
- Conduct induction sessions to educate riders about SOPs, company policies, and hub processes.
- Coordinate with Fleet Executives and City Heads for a smooth handover of EVs and equipment.
- Maintain accurate daily records of rider sourcing, interviews, selections, and onboarding.
- Update rider trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring dashboards.
- Follow up with candidates on pending documents, joining timelines, and onboarding progress.
- Understand reasons for rider dropouts and work with operations teams to address gaps.
- Identify and appropriately escalate challenges related to facilities, behaviour, or payouts.
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing attrition and ensuring rider satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Job Summary: verbal communication in Hindi & Gujarati (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to confidently handle field recruitment and ground-level challenges.
- Basic MS Excel & Google Sheets skills for data recording.
- Knowledge of rider payouts, delivery models, and the EV industry is preferred but not mandatory.
