Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri / Indeed / LinkedIn / social platforms
• Screen resumes & shortlist relevant profiles
• Schedule & coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database & daily hiring tracker
• Handle offer letters & joining follow-up
• Build pipeline for bulk hiring / campus hiring
• Strong communication (Hindi / English / Marathi)
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Target-oriented mindset
• Negotiation & convincing ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
