HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers in closing positions on time.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers & ensure timely closures

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
