About the Role

We are looking for a female HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help us build a strong, competent workforce for Professional Utilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing ability, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews with concerned department heads.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Post job openings and create engaging job descriptions.
• Support HR team in daily activities like joining formalities, documentation, and HR operations when required.
• Follow up with hired candidates till joining.
• Ensure smooth communication between HR and applicants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only (mandatory requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes.

Salary

• Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
• Please note: Budget is fixed and cannot exceed ₹20,000.
