About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent across creative, technical, and managerial roles. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of agency workflows, and the ability to build a strong employer brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Identify and attract skilled professionals for roles such as designers, strategists, copywriters, account managers, performance marketers, videographers, and other digital marketing positions.
  • Write and post job descriptions on job portals, social platforms, and internal channels.

Sourcing & Shortlisting

  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate fit, skill sets, and cultural alignment.
  • Maintain and update a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Interview Coordination & Evaluation

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Assist in evaluating candidates using structured assessments and competency-based interview techniques.
  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure a positive candidate experience.

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and hiring metrics.
  • Support onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation planning, and new hire integration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital roles and agency structures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools, HR software, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
