Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we hire qualified candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, campus hiring, etc.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up regularly.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing to final selection.
  • Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker.
  • Handle offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist the HR team in other HR operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (Technical/Non-Technical) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job openings.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,167.82 - ₹31,400.30 per month
