HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle candidate calling for job openings
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Schedule interviews and maintain daily follow-up
• Maintain candidate data in Excel/CRM
• Coordinate with the team for daily hiring targets
• Assist in onboarding and documentation
• Prepare and share daily reports with the team leader

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,258.11 - ₹17,369.28 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
