Job Description: HR Recruiter

About the Role:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding selected employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to identify talent, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Understand hiring requirements and job specifications for various roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate technical/managerial interviews with concerned departments.

2. Recruitment Process Management

  • Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews.
  • Maintain a smooth recruitment workflow by scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and regularly update hiring status.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.

3. Candidate Experience

  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive interview experience.
  • Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and final onboarding.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Collect and verify required documents from selected candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
  • Maintain updated employee and recruitment records.

5. Employer Branding

  • Support HR in organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring.
  • Assist in promoting the company’s brand across hiring channels.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (0–3 years depending on requirement).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and onboarding procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
