Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, driven, and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Shortlist relevant profiles based on client requirements.

2. End-to-End Recruitment

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer closure.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.

3. Client Coordination

• Understand detailed job requirements from clients.
• Share timely updates, shortlisted profiles, and feedback.
• Build strong client relationships by delivering quality and timely hiring support.

4. Database & Reporting

• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure all communication, feedback, and progress is recorded systematically.
• Share daily/weekly reports with the internal team.

5. Employer Branding & Job Posting

• Draft, update, and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
• Promote open roles on LinkedIn and other social channels when required.
• Maintain professional communication reflecting Whizz HR’s brand values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
