We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end hiring responsibilities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across all departments. The primary goal of this role is to meet staffing needs efficiently and maintain a smooth, professional recruitment process. *Please note that the primary focus of this role is on the recruitment side of HR
Key Responsibilities:
-Post job openings and manage hiring platforms
-Source, screen, and interview candidates
-Schedule interviews with management
-Maintain accurate candidate records and update databases
-Assist with onboarding when necessary
-Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
Requirements:
-Proven experience in recruitment (preferably BPO/call center)
-Recruiters are required to maintain their own hiring tools, such as Indeed Employer, Rozee, Jobee, and LinkedIn.
-Strong hiring track record
-Extensive interview experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent English Speaking is mandatory)
-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines-Basic understanding of HR processes
-Confident and professional demeanor
What We Offer:
Rs. 50,000–70,000 per month (final amount will depend on experience and role fit).
