Opportunity for HR Freshers (Female Candidates Only)

Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi

Industry: BFSI

Experience: 0–1 year

Stipend:

• Interns: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month

• Recruiter: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Timings: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM

Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sunday

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & professional clarity

• Effective sourcing & screening ability

• Good coordination & follow-up

• Basic knowledge of job portals

• MS Excel & Word basics

• Experience in banking/unsecured insurance hiring (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process

• Screen & shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interviews & update stakeholders

• Maintain candidate pipelines

• Prepare & update recruitment reports
