Overview:

GPSLab Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sector recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring Business Development Managers (BDMs). This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a deep understanding of the IT industry's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Sourcing:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT sector, with a focus on roles such as Business Development Managers.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

- Candidate Management:

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key IT roles, ensuring a quick turnaround for urgent hiring needs.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment processes.

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status and pipeline to management.

- Employer Branding:

- Promote GPSLab Private Limited as an employer of choice within the IT sector by engaging with potential candidates and the broader industry community.

- Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment within the IT sector.

- Proven experience in successfully hiring Business Development Managers and other IT roles.

- Skills:

- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong understanding of the IT industry and its specific hiring needs.

- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
