HR recruiter (male)

Increase Rev, a leading AdTech company, is looking for an HR Recruiter (male) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Position: HR Recruiter (male)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Timings: 12 PM – 8 PM (On-site | Full-time)

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month

Experience Required: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.

Post job ads on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.

Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with department heads.

Maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring status reports.

Coordinate onboarding of selected candidates.

Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process for all applicants.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in conducting interviews and dealing with candidates

Target-oriented, organized, and proactive

Must be available full-time from 12 PM – 8 PM
