HR Recruiter ( Non IT) Male

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles

* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical positions.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

* Handle candidate interviews and maintain a smooth hiring process.

Desired Skills:

* Bachelors/Masters Degree in HR or related field

* 1-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.

* Familiar with recruiting tools (Shine, Naukri, etc.)

* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of various non-IT roles and technologies is a plus
