The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we hire qualified individuals who align with our values and goals. The ideal candidate must be able to leverage LinkedIn for sourcing, networking, employer branding, and creating talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter / advanced LinkedIn search to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong professional presence on LinkedIn to enhance employer branding.
  • Develop job descriptions and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for technical interviews.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracking system (ATS).
  • Represent the company professionally across social platforms and during networking activities.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Provide weekly reports on recruitment progress, KPIs, and hiring timelines.

Skills Required:

  • Strong LinkedIn presence with demonstrated engagement, networking, and sourcing capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using ATS tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workable, BreezyHR).
  • Strong understanding of job market trends and sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and people-handling skills.
