Job description-

This is a full-time on-site role at JD Fusion Private Limited in Dehradun.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Sourcing and screening prospective candidates from Various portals.
• Understanding hiring requirements from different departments.
• Screening candidates over call and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
• Support HR Team with other Talent related activities as required, providing orientation, managing grievances.

Qualifications

• FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCED with BBA /MBA in Human resource can apply.
• HR Management & Recruitment skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work from office, night shift.
• Immediate joiner required.
• Female Candidates Required.
