Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Remote
Salary: Up to ₹12,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in recruitment (IT or Non-IT)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Recruiter to support our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal database
• Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate candidates
• Coordinate interviews with clients or internal teams
• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and submit reports
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
• Work effectively in a remote environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (IT or Non-IT)
• Must have own laptop/PC and broadband internet connection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
