Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and internship requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally at campus recruitment and career events.
  • Pitching candidates for internship programmes
  • Career counselling for Internship candidates
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time

Preferred Experience Background

Candidates with prior experience in HR Consultancy, Immigration, Real Estate, Training Institutes, College TPA’s, or IT sectors will be preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong Candidate/student database

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
