## *Position:* HR Recruiter – Healthcare

## *Industry Preference:*

# *Key Responsibilities*

Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)*

* Manage end-to-end hiring for healthcare positions such as:

* Lab Technicians

* Phlebotomists

* Collection Executives

* Radiology Staff

* Front Desk / Billing Executives

* Customer Care Coordinators

* Marketing / Diagnostic Sales

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & referrals.

* Conduct telephonic screening and line-up interviews with HODs.

* Handle urgent / bulk / walk-in recruitment.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.

* Manage onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

Payroll Support (Secondary Responsibility)*

* Work with payroll team for:

* Attendance & leave data

* Adding new joiners & processing exits

* Maintaining employee salary records

* Resolving salary-related queries

HR Operations*

* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters.

* Maintain employee master database & personnel files.

* Support employee engagement initiatives.

* Coordinate with pathology centres/branches on staffing requirements.

* Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance standards.

# *Skills Required*

* Strong hands-on experience in *healthcare recruitment*

* Good communication & interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of *attendance, payroll basics & HRMS*

* Strong sourcing ability and follow-up skills

* Ability to work under pressure & meet hiring deadlines

* Good working knowledge of Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
