1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

2. Post job openings and manage application flow.

3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams.

4. Support onboarding processes and maintain HR documentation.

5. Contribute to employee engagement activities and routine HR operations.

6. Maintain candidate and recruitment databases.

7. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

8. Perform general HR administrative duties as required.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

1. Graduation in any discipline (Freshers eligible).

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Good organizational and time-management skills.

4. Eagerness to learn and adapt to HR processes.

5. Basic understanding of HR activities (preferred but not mandatory).

6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
