Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Source and screen candidate CVs to match job requirements.
  • Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Participate in initial candidate communications (emails, phone calls, job fairs, interviews).
  • Use and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyzing recruitment metrics.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives (social media content, events, campaigns).
  • Help coordinate additional HR activities, such as performance management (appraisal scheduling) and supporting Learning & Development (L&D) programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
