Job Description:-

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource Sales Consultant to join our team in Panjim, Goa.

Duties and Responsibilities of an HR Sales Consultant:

1. Conducting detailed market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.

2. Generating leads and cold calling potential clients to schedule meetings and presentations.

3. Meeting with clients to understand their HR needs and present suitable solutions.

4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Analyzing client requirements and designing personalized HR solutions to meet their specific needs.

6. Collaborating with internal teams, such as HR specialists and recruiters, to develop and deliver comprehensive HR solutions for clients.

7. Providing ongoing support to clients through regular communication, training sessions, and feedback sessions.

8. Conducting HR audits for clients to identify areas for improvement in their HR processes and practices.

9. Keeping up to date with industry trends, new HR technologies, and best practices to provide the most effective and innovative solutions to clients.

10. Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Skills Required for an HR Sales Consultant:

1. Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with potential clients and close deals.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

3. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

4. Ability to understand and analyze client needs and requirements to provide effective solutions.

5. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues and challenges.

6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

7. Ability to work independently and take initiative to generate leads and drive sales.

8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.

9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

10. Continuous learning mindset to keep up with the changing HR landscape and industry trends.
