Roles and Responsibilities: Must have professional experience working with large multinational companies or have experience with international operations and are responsible for the performance of duties. SME will be responsible for performing day to day task per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Create approved requisition. 2. Conduct internal sourcing - post requisition 3. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool 4. Conduct external sourcing - Post job 5. Perform data mining for additional candidates 6. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods. 7. Develop list of candidates to be screened 8. Automated Candidate Screening & Assessment (Interactive Voice Response (IVR) 9. Conduct hiring manager interaction
