Waad Aloqaili Couture is seeking an exceptionally organized, discreet, and people-centered HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

This role is central to shaping a professional, respectful, and high-performance work culture within the couture house - ensuring that every person, process, and interaction reflects the values of the brand.

Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle & Records
  • Manage all HR documentation including contracts, files, attendance, and personnel records.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding with a polished, welcoming, and structured approach.
  • Ensure all databases and employee records are consistently updated and securely maintained.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Support hiring efforts by screening candidates, preparing job postings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly, reflecting the brand's tone and standards.
  • Maintain pipelines, schedules, and evaluations to help management make informed hiring decisions.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
  • Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate tracking of leaves, overtime, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage government-related employee requirements (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, etc.).
Culture, Engagement & Performance Support
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment aligned with the couture house's values.
  • Support management in implementing performance reviews, behavior standards, and internal communication.
  • Identify gaps in professionalism, behavior, or conduct and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Assist in planning internal trainings and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems, structures, and workflows with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare HR reports and insights to support management decisions.
  • Ensure clear communication of HR policies and procedures to all staff members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • High professionalism, emotional maturity, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Currently residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
