Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Specialist - to
manage end-to-end payroll processes and support HR operations. The
ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll
and the ability to handle payroll with accuracy and confidentiality
while also assisting with day-to-day HR and operations activities.
Payroll Management (60%)
Manage and process monthly payroll accurately through Zoho
Payroll.
Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and reimbursements.
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements such as PF,
ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and Gratuity.
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, salary registers, and TDS
statements.
Handle full & final settlements, bonus calculations, and annual
increments.
Manage employee expense reimbursements and ensure timely
processing and compliance.
Coordinate with Finance for payroll accounting and audits.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll data.
HR Operations (40%)
Support in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in leave and attendance management.
Support statutory audits and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for HR operational requirements
and compliance activities.
Contribute to process improvements and automation within HR
operations.
Co-ordinate for internal training's & other activities as & when
required.
Should be willing to travel to branch locations as & when required


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll is mandatory.
Experience managing employee reimbursements and expense
claims.
Strong understanding of Indian payroll compliance and statutory
laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and
communication skills.
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management
